- according to world kb rankings, this would be 11th in the world in competition... goal of 2000 seams feasible...

this last session felt gd... felt good to move, definitely wiped from the week and need some recovery and catch up.  
all fingers currently alive from cases!!!

also, shoulder (left) feels stiff and tight, hopefully more mobility (all around) will transpire this week.  so far so good this am. on call this week.
nutrition was better last week than I thought it would be given the call nights... look forward to a good week of clean eating.
