oh bb stepups felt stronger as I went... trying to keep grip narrow and feeling the help with stability overhead.
DLs were tough... enjoyed this... most volume DL in some time...
yoke walk letting better, even though I'm sure I look like a nut walking back and forth with a barbell inside the squat rack...
db snatches felt ez, but just wanted to be able to keep moving here the while time...
legs were really feeling sluggish by the last bike...
really enjoyed today...
