power feeling good... aerobic ally much improved from a month and a half ago...
getting stronger- hscs felt gd and squat felt light today... 285 x3 at that tempo is a 15lb improvement from my best 3 at said tempo... and 315 is the heavies I've gone at this as well by 45lb... have video of 315...

wall walks not too bad
supinated planks TOUGH...
