C- 10 sa sit-ups with 4kg ball EMOM x5
hhsc- sore legs started after 3 sets, no pop today
FS felt weak, but after thinking abt it and looking back, don't think I've done this tempo with this much load in FS... ok for today I suppose...

curls felt good
