gd cases today... fortunate to get 2 solid workouts in, but it's late, not much sleep tonight unfortunately... 
felt solid today core-wise and shoulder stability/mobility... 
felt quick on the snatches... worked on speed over load... felt great!
legs sore to start the day, but feeling better now.
