oh step ups- felt more solid as rounds went on... negative (step down) was harder to control...
hps- the may have felt the best it ever has... good pop and lockout... shoulders felt stable... last few rounds def kept feet in place, minimal dip to catch... all reps with pause at mid-thigh... no momentum...
all felt pretty gd... gd to move... now back to the OR... another saw to the hand...
