- get off q 3min and do 10 thick grip DB pp with 50lb dbs
~ 330 Cals, 230-260 W, 80-85 rpm

- get off q 3min and do 6 (3ea) OH db step ups, 30lb dbs, thick grip, 20"
~ 330 Cals, 230-250 W, 80 rpm
all felt gd, didn't get any breathing difficulty till min 50... smooth...
could use more OH flexibility...
