- get off q 3min and do 3ea (6) db oh fg stepups 35lb dbs, 20"
~ 320 Cal, kept 85-90 rpm
- oh db stepups getting better/stronger, more stable...

A- alt EMOM x 10min
1- 5 sa fg db row 70lb dbs
2- 5 dips 90lbs, @31x1
B- 3 front lever incline pulls EMOM x10
C- 100 cable pull aparts~ 2:18

dips also felt solid and stable... fg rows were grip limited... getting better with grip though I think...
