watt bike felt ez... liked this
cgbp and rows felt strong... this triplet tore my grip up...
DL tough- felt strong, but grip siffered- used clean grip with straps... still tough. this is an improved wt for me, last time did this with 315 and didn't feel any worse today... I do feel tighter- need to hit up some stretching/mob/movement...
next 10mim was a gd recovery
lots of pop on the snatch
PJ felt as light as ever- kept moving easily with this series...
all in all a gd day...
