with animal walks 20m every 3min...
ummm- AD broke again... but later in the evening, think I figured it out... missed one thing the first time around... gave it a test run in my slippers, 60s acceleration to 1000W, 40Cal (12/28)... hopefully gd to go.
finished doing some random stuff in the apt basement-
3 sets on 2min-

lat pulldowns 200lb x5, 3 sets, 90s rest
going to be a LONG day in the or tomorrow, so will prob have it as a rest day...
