D- hhps x3- 155lb... pelvis sore
E- pull-ups- 5,3,1,1,1- 53/ 72/ 125(3)
F- 12-15s bar dragon flag EMOM x10
felt go to get some lifting in... squats felt gd in quads and weight felt light, had issues with left glut med that was twinning again today for some reason, tends to bother more when tight or stressed... this has been a neucence and hopefully will continue to get better... need to work mob and glut med strength/stability, core strength, and unilateral movements... post chain feels tight today... LOTS to do...
