- felt gd, felt smooth and powerful on AD during first half... felt fatigued for second half, but not too bad...
- felt good stability in core and shoulders on wall walks
- wall trap 3 felt nice and controlled...OH work feels like it's paying off...
on Fri Dec 6, took the day off... gave a presentation in Sturbridge, MA at a conference... needed a rest day I think, felt better today (Saturday) for it...
