first part was a grip burner... 
oh db step ups tough but getting better... 5 more lbs that last time I tried them... like the fat grip...
db bp felt solid
snatch grip DL felt stronger in paused positions (off floor, just above knee)
press very tough
pull-ups at tempo tough...

gd day, glad to get it in after a long day in the OR...
