wall walks felt ok... the stamina here is improving...
800m run- 75-80%, hr 140s, tried to relax, felt ez, breathing was never a issue, just sore/strained adductors/hammies as limiter and was mindful of these muscles... didn't want to push them or overdue it, being the first time I've really run in the last 4ish months (been getting aerobic work done on bike)...
